Classroom Management

My educational philosophy is that everyone wants to learn and therefore they all deserve to get an education. My philosophy focuses on having everyone learn in my classroom no matter what background they have and teaching with empathy and tough love, having a commitment to action as an educator to address equity. I get to know my students through building relationships with them and always support my students based on their needs. When I have students that are misbehaving and are not following the rules, I always keep them in the classroom and never isolate them from their peers, where I ask them why they are behaving the way they are, explain why the behavior is not okay, and asking how I can help them. I hold my students accountable with their learning, wanting them to work hard and do everything with maximum effort.
