Authors are invited to submit a full or short paper using the Springer LNCS format. These include LaTeX and Word-style files.
The submissions may describe experiences, ideas, innovations, as well as concerns related to the integration between SE and AI. Regarding the type of paper submission, the authors have 2 options:
Short papers: describing preliminary work, initial research results, or vision papers proposing innovative approaches and methods used in actual development processes (from 6 up to 8 pages).
Full papers: reporting more substantial research or development work. The full papers should describe more mature research providing new knowledge into the problem areas described in the workshop themes (from 8 up to 12 pages).
Papers less than 6 pages long will be automatically rejected.
CISE 2023 adopts Easychair as a submission system, available at the following link https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cise2023
The review process for CISE 2023 will be double-blind, i.e. reviewers will not know the authors' identity (and vice versa). Authors should ensure their anonymity in the submitted papers. In brief:
authors' names should not be included in the submitted pdf;
please refer to your prior work in the third person wherever possible;
a reviewer may be able to deduce the authors' identities by using external resources, such as technical reports published on the web. The availability of information on the web that may allow reviewers to infer the authors' identities does not constitute a breach of the double-blind submission policy.
Note that anonymizing your paper is mandatory, and papers that explicitly or implicitly reveal the authors' identities may be rejected.
Please read the following paper submission guidelines before submitting your papers:
Papers will be checked for plagiarism. The Program Committee reserves the right to desk-reject a paper if it contains elements that are suspected to be plagiarized.
Submissions should be original and not currently under review at another venue.
If you encounter any problems with the submission of your papers, please contact the Workshop submission chair.
Only papers in PDF format will be accepted.
Paper Size: A4 (210mm x 297mm).
Paper Length: Each paper should have 6 to MAXIMUM 12 pages, including figures, tables and references. No extra pages are allowed.
Paper Formatting: Please make sure to use the official LNCS style files provided above.
Note: Violations of any of the above specifications may result in the rejection of your paper.
