Profender is a motorcycle suspension setup guide. This policy explains what the app collects, why, how long it is kept, and what you can do with your own data. It describes what the app actually does. The Thai version below carries the same meaning; where the two differ, the Thai version prevails.

1. What we collect

• Account — your email address and display name, received from the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Apple). Used to know which saved bikes are yours and to give you them back on a new device.

• Bikes and setup values — bike model, shock series and spec, spring type fitted, rider weight, passenger weight and the riding mode you pick. Used to work out the recommended values from the factory charts and to remember them for next time.

• App settings — your language and light/dark choice, so the app opens the way you left it.

• Usage statistics — in-app events such as which manual you opened, which spring you chose and which contact channel you tapped, together with your operating system and app version. Used to improve the app and to see which products customers are interested in.

What the app never collects: passwords (signing in is handled entirely by Google or Apple — we never see or store your password), location, contacts, photos on your device, payment data and health data. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking software.

2. Storage and retention

• Account and bike data are kept for as long as your account exists, and are deleted when you delete it.

• Individual usage events are kept for no more than 90 days, then deleted automatically.

• Statistical totals are kept beyond that only as anonymous aggregate counts, which cannot be traced back to an individual.

3. Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Data is stored on the cloud database service we use (Supabase), acting as a processor on our instructions only, and is disclosed to authorities solely where the law requires it.

When you sign in with Google or Apple, the identity check happens at that provider, which has its own privacy policy. We receive back only your email address and display name.

4. Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased, or its use restricted, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.

• View and edit — in the app, under “My bikes” and “My profile”.

• Delete everything — in the app, go to My profile and choose “Delete my account”. Your account, bikes and setup values are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

• By email — if you cannot get into the app, write to the address in section 9 and we will act within 30 days.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and the database is configured so each user can reach only their own records — one user cannot read or change another’s data. No system is completely secure, so we give no absolute guarantee, but we maintain appropriate safeguards on an ongoing basis.

6. Young users

The app is meant for motorcycle riders in general and is not directed at children under 13. We do not intend to collect data from children under 13, and will delete any such data once notified.

7. About the setup values in the app

The values the app recommends come from the Profender factory charts. They are a starting point for setting up your suspension, not a guarantee of performance. Please check against the manual supplied with your product and use your own judgement when riding.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the “last updated” date above, and where the change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app.

9. Privacy contact

Profender is a brand of PROFENDER CORPORATION (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED,

which operates this app and is the controller of the data described above.

บริษัทให้ความสำคัญกับข้อมูลของผู้ใช้ นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าแอพ Profender ซึ่งเป็นคู่มือปรับตั้งโช้คมอเตอร์ไซค์ เก็บข้อมูลอะไร เก็บไปทำอะไร เก็บไว้นานเท่าไร และผู้ใช้มีสิทธิ์ทำอะไรกับข้อมูลของตัวเองได้บ้าง เนื้อหาเขียนตามข้อมูลที่แอพเก็บจริง

1. ข้อมูลที่เก็บ

• บัญชีผู้ใช้ — อีเมลและชื่อที่แสดง ซึ่งได้รับจากผู้ให้บริการที่ผู้ใช้เลือกเข้าสู่ระบบ (Google หรือ Apple) ใช้ระบุว่าข้อมูลรถชุดไหนเป็นของใคร และให้เข้าถึงข้อมูลเดิมได้เมื่อเปลี่ยนเครื่อง

• ข้อมูลรถและค่าปรับตั้ง — รุ่นรถ ซีรีส์โช้ค สเปกโช้ค ชนิดสปริงที่ใส่ น้ำหนักผู้ขับขี่ น้ำหนักผู้โดยสาร และรูปแบบการใช้งานที่เลือก ใช้คำนวณค่าปรับตั้งตามตารางในคู่มือโรงงานและจำไว้ให้ใช้ครั้งถัดไป

• การตั้งค่าแอพ — ภาษาที่เลือกและโหมดการแสดงผล เพื่อให้เปิดครั้งถัดไปได้ค่าเดิม

• สถิติการใช้งาน — เหตุการณ์ในแอพ เช่น เปิดดูคู่มือรุ่นใด เลือกสปริงแบบใด กดช่องทางติดต่อใด พร้อมระบบปฏิบัติการและเวอร์ชันแอพ ใช้ปรับปรุงแอพและดูว่าลูกค้าสนใจสินค้ารุ่นใด

ข้อมูลที่แอพไม่เก็บเลย ได้แก่ รหัสผ่าน (การเข้าสู่ระบบเป็นหน้าที่ของ Google และ Apple บริษัทไม่เคยเห็นและไม่เก็บรหัสผ่านของผู้ใช้) ตำแหน่งที่อยู่ รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ รูปภาพในเครื่อง ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน และข้อมูลสุขภาพ ทั้งนี้แอพไม่มีระบบโฆษณาหรือเครื่องมือติดตามของบุคคลที่สามอยู่ในแอพ

2. การเก็บรักษาและระยะเวลา

• ข้อมูลบัญชีและข้อมูลรถ เก็บไว้ตลอดเวลาที่บัญชียังอยู่ และถูกลบเมื่อผู้ใช้ลบบัญชี

• สถิติการใช้งานรายเหตุการณ์ เก็บไม่เกิน 90 วัน แล้วระบบลบทิ้งอัตโนมัติ

• ยอดสรุปทางสถิติ เก็บต่อในรูปของจำนวนรวมที่ไม่ระบุตัวบุคคล ซึ่งย้อนกลับไปหาผู้ใช้รายคนไม่ได้

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

บริษัทไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้กับบุคคลอื่น ข้อมูลถูกเก็บบนระบบคลาวด์ของผู้ให้บริการฐานข้อมูลที่บริษัทใช้งาน (Supabase) ในฐานะผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของบริษัทเท่านั้น และเปิดเผยต่อหน่วยงานรัฐเฉพาะกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องเปิดเผย

เมื่อผู้ใช้เลือกเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google หรือ Apple การยืนยันตัวตนเกิดขึ้นที่ผู้ให้บริการนั้น ซึ่งมีนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของตนเอง บริษัทได้รับกลับมาเพียงอีเมลและชื่อที่แสดง

4. สิทธิของผู้ใช้

ผู้ใช้มีสิทธิตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ได้แก่ สิทธิขอเข้าถึงข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอให้ลบ ขอให้ระงับการใช้ ขอคัดค้านการประมวลผล และขอถอนความยินยอม

• ดูและแก้ไขข้อมูล ทำได้เองในแอพ ที่แท็บ “รถของฉัน” และ “โปรไฟล์ของฉัน”

• ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด ในแอพ ไปที่ โปรไฟล์ของฉัน แล้วเลือก “ลบบัญชีของฉัน” ระบบจะลบบัญชี ข้อมูลรถ และค่าปรับตั้งทั้งหมดทันทีและกู้คืนไม่ได้

• ขอทางอีเมล หากเข้าแอพไม่ได้ ส่งคำขอมาที่อีเมลในข้อ 9 บริษัทจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน

5. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

การรับส่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS และฐานข้อมูลตั้งค่าให้ผู้ใช้แต่ละคนเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะข้อมูลของตัวเอง ผู้ใช้รายอื่นอ่านหรือแก้ข้อมูลของกันไม่ได้ ทั้งนี้ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยสมบูรณ์ บริษัทจึงไม่รับประกันความปลอดภัยอย่างเด็ดขาด แต่จะดำเนินมาตรการตามมาตรฐานที่เหมาะสมอย่างต่อเนื่อง

6. ผู้ใช้ที่เป็นเยาวชน

แอพนี้มีไว้สำหรับผู้ใช้รถจักรยานยนต์ทั่วไป ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และบริษัทไม่มีเจตนาเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากพบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าวโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ บริษัทจะลบออกเมื่อได้รับแจ้ง

7. ข้อมูลค่าปรับตั้งในแอพ

ค่าที่แอพแนะนำอ้างอิงจากตารางในคู่มือของโรงงาน Profender เป็นค่าเริ่มต้นสำหรับการปรับตั้ง ไม่ใช่การรับประกันผลการใช้งาน ผู้ใช้ควรตรวจสอบกับคู่มือที่มาพร้อมสินค้าและใช้วิจารณญาณในการขับขี่

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ บริษัทจะปรับวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดด้านบน และหากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่กระทบสิทธิของผู้ใช้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ จะแจ้งให้ทราบในแอพ

9. ติดต่อเรื่องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Profender เป็นแบรนด์ของ บริษัท โปรเฟนเดอร์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการแอพนี้และเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลตามที่ระบุข้างต้น
