It was a pleasure to give a speech in the International Council for Small Business (ICSB) World Congress 2025 at The American University in Cairo (Egypt).The presentation covered the Satara Pattern of Technology integrated Entrepreneurship Education (EE) with the various pilot experiments and innovations that I did with my team in teaching novelty, creativity, its measurable impact, student transformation, and Global replicability of the invented models of EE over the past three decades. The talk also covered the details of experiential learning using Google tools and Gemini to empower rural youth nano-entrepreneurs of the marginal community. Gave a talk and led a three-hour workshop on "Leadership and e-Governance" yesterday. To make it more engaging Jotform, Mentimeter, and other tools were used. Approximately forty faculty members from different schools and universities attended the session and further engaged in productive conversations. Wonderful experience to share! Yesterday, I conducted a virtual session on skills development as part of the NEP-2020 Orientation and Sensitization program, organized by the UGC-MMTT Centre of SNDT Women's University, Mumbai, and SNDT Arts and Commerce College, Pune. Today, I presented experimental and field research of practice over three decades, entitled “A Study on Competencies of Career Advisors from Counselling Practices,” authored by me and Dr. Giri Y.L., in an Online conference organized by the Career Lead Network of "European Scientific Network on Career Guidance." Around 60 vocational experts and Career Counselors across the Globe attended the conference. Thanks to Rudolf Schröder, Anna Wawrzonek, and Małgorzata Rosalska, Chair of the Session on "Competencies and Roles of Career Counsellors." It's also a pleasure to contribute to Working Groups on Digitization, Sustainability, and the Heterogeneity aspects of Career Guidance

Yesterday, I have delivered an interactive session on “Empowering Futures: Lessons from India’s Journey in Career Guidance and Skills Development.” Around 25 career counselling experts from Nigeria and European countries actively participated. I presented the evolution and innovative experiments of Career Guidance held in India over the last 50 years, which I witnessed along with skill mapping for the future.
