No. Gemstones or other astrological remedies are not recommended routinely to every client.

• Any recommendation is considered only after studying the individual horoscope, relevant divisional charts and the specific issues discussed during the consultation.

• Where a gemstone or remedy is considered appropriate, the recommendation is personalised according to the astrological assessment.

• Clients are not required to purchase a gemstone or remedial item simply because they have taken a consultation.

Personal information, birth details and matters discussed during a consultation are treated as Private and Confidential and are used for the consultation and related service processes only.

Consultation fees vary according to the type and scope of consultation selected.

• The applicable fee is communicated during the booking process so that you can review it before proceeding.

• Remuneration is structured based on the type of service, location, duration, and level of detailed analysis required:

Service: Horoscope Analysis (With 13-Divisional Charts)

Fees (India): Rs. 2,400/-

Fees (Outside India): Rs. 5,100/-

Service: Horary & Palmistry (Analysis With 5-Methods)

• The exclusive full-day booking is a premium reserved consultation where the entire day is dedicated to one particular client or client’s family. Advance booking and prior confirmation are mandatory.

• Fees are indicative and may vary based on complexity, duration, location, and special requirements. Please contact us for exact pricing and scheduling.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible through the official contact or WhatsApp channel and provide the relevant booking details.

• Rescheduling, cancellation and any applicable refund are subject to the current booking and cancellation policy. Please refer to the Cancellation and Refund policy on this website for the applicable terms.

Yes.

• Online Astrology Consultations are available for clients in India and abroad, allowing you to consult without travelling to Kolkata. Online sessions are available on Tue/Fri/Sun nights 09:00 PM to 03:00 AM (IST). 

• The booking process provides the relevant appointment and payment instructions. Please provide accurate birth details and contact information so that the consultation can be prepared and coordinated properly.

Yes.

• Consultations may cover areas such as Career and Education, Marriage and Relationships, Business and Financial matters, Progeny and other life concerns like Health etc., depending on the consultation selected.

• Astrological consultation is not medical diagnosis or treatment and should not replace advice, examination or treatment from a qualified medical professional.

• An advance payment is normally required as part of the consultation booking process. 

• The current default advance amount is ₹1,200 for consultation types, subject to the applicable booking terms.

• Full payment may also be made where permitted.

• Payment or submission of payment proof should be treated as a request to book appointment.

• The appointment is confirmed only after the required verification and booking process has been completed.
