One of the banana type that used to be planted is jackfruit banana. Jackfruit tree still inexplicably. Jackfruit banana quite different from other banana due to colour which is green when mature. When its skin become yellowish, it already not suitable to be fried because the fill of the banana become soft.

Jackfruit banana that is ripe usually will made banana fritter like palm banana. Probably sweetish but there is a little sour taste like bananas horn. Jackfruit banana also can be made dessert, banana chips, dipped, boiled and if it is too mature, it can be mashed to made pancake or banana cake. Jackfruit banana that is mature produce aroma that sweet. Nevertheless, it is not suitable for cooking.

Best start change jackfruit paternal niece or nephew sucker during beginning of the rainy season. Jackfruit banana tree adult usually issue huge amount of suckers. Every crown only need to leave a or two paternal niece or nephew sucker only so that can live healthy and reduce competition. Banana trees that too much in a crown will produce fruit that less quality.

In this data set, there are using maximum price,minimum and average price from wholesale,retail and market in Malaysia. We can see that, through that data set , people are having the jackfruit banana almost everyday and it does not give much difference in terms of the price. The data also shows a constant of price in Malaysia.
