I'm working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. Earlier I Served as Assistant Professor (Aug 2019 - Sept 2013) in the Department of Information Technology at Jadavpur University, Kolkata. 

 I am pursuing my PhD from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and previously I was a Project - Linked - Person (June 2018 - Aug 2019) , at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. My area of research includes computer vision, machine learning and medical image analysis. Presently I'm working on security of a Bio-metric System.
