With a passion for education and lifelong learning, I transitioned into academia in 2012 and began my teaching journey as a Visiting Faculty member in the Department of Economics at Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Shivajinagar, Pune, where I taught undergraduate and postgraduate students for nearly eight years.
Subsequently, I joined Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Management and Research (DYPIMR), now D. Y. Patil Global University (DYP-GU), as a full-time faculty member, contributing to MBA education through teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, and academic administration for two years.
Currently, I am serving as an Assistant Professor at S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM), Pune, where I teach MBA students and actively contribute to curriculum design, industry-academia engagement, student mentoring, career guidance, and professional development initiatives. My combined experience in industry and academia enables me to enrich classroom learning with practical business insights and real-world perspectives.
