Dr. Murugan Veerapandian is currently working as a Scientist & an Assistant Professor (AcSIR, Biological Sciences) in Electrodics & Electrocatalysis Division of the CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute, India. During his M.S., & Ph.D., studies at Prof. K.S. Yun lab, Dr. Veerapandian majorly involved in the development of (bio)functionalized micro/nano-materials for anti-microbial and electrochemical biosensor applications. He has been recognized with GRSTB Postdoctoral Fellowship Award from University of Montreal, Quebec, Canada (2013-2015) and DST-Inspire Faculty Award by Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. His current research activities include development of opto-electrochemical biosensor platform toward healthcare diagnostics.
Dr. Ramesh Subbiah is a research faculty member in the GWW School of Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, working with Dr. Robert Guldberg. He completed his MS and PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Gachon University and Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST)/University of Science and Technology (UST) in 2011 and 2016, respectively. He received his Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Science from KMCH College of Pharmacy, The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University in 2005. His research focuses on delivering growth factors using smart delivery systems, understanding wound healing mechanisms and tuning cell derived ECMs for the regeneration of vascularized bone tissue.
Dr. Zhong Linlin has completed her MS and PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Gachon University . Her research focuses on synthesis of different shape metal and metal oxide nanoparticles for the biosensor and antimicrobial activity.
Mr Sathis panneerselvam has completed her MS and doing PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Gachon University . His research focuses on synthesis of different shape metal nanoparticles for the biosensor and POC applications.
