Dr. Kankipati Srinivasa Rao is working as Professor, Department of Commerce, Government Degree College, Kukatpally, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
Obtained Ph.D. in 2008 from HNB Garhwal Central University, Srinagar, Uttarakhand, Department of Commerce, on “Impact of Information Technology in Banking Services: A Case Study of Punjab National Bank”.
Has 30 years of outstanding teaching and research experience at various academic levels.
Published 75 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed, high-impact, and UGC CARE–A listed journals.
Presented over 125 research papers at national and international conferences.
Delivered numerous keynote addresses and served as Chairman of Technical Sessions, Resource Person, and Chief Guest, delivering inaugural addresses at reputed international conferences.
Authored 4 textbooks.
Serves as a Research Guide for Ph.D. scholars in several universities, including Osmania University; 4 Ph.D.s have been awarded under his guidance.
Member, Board of Studies (Commerce) at Osmania University, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (TN), St. Ann’s Autonomous College, Mehdipatnam, and Unwarul Uloom College, Hyderabad, Govt Degree College (W), Nalgonda, Govt Degree College, Banswada.
Acts as Resource Person for UGC–HRDC programs in various universities across India.
Serves as Ph.D. Adjudicator and External Examiner for several reputed universities.
Submitted two research projects (Minor & Major) to the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi.
Recipient of four Best Teacher Awards, including the Telangana State Government Best Teacher Award – 2016.
Trained Programme Officer (NSS) by the Government of India and conducted several outreach programmes in slum areas.
Member of Editorial Boards of 28 national and international journals from various countries.
Member of various professional bodies.
Acts as Resource Person for universities such as IGNOU, Ambedkar Open University, and Annamalai University for Management students.
Associated with examination, evaluation, and assessment activities at university, autonomous, and affiliated college levels.
Served as Inspecting Authority, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, for four years, inspecting vocational institutions under skill development programmes.
Research interests include Research Methodology, Banking, Financial Management, CRM, Rural Development, Skill Development, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, and Curriculum Design & Development.
Visited international destinations including Malaysia and Thailand (Bangkok).
