Q: Is this legitimate? Why do you pay upfront?
A: Yes! We are different from other review groups because we remove the financial risk for our testers. We work with vendors who want honest, reliable feedback on their new products. By funding the purchase upfront, we ensure our testers can focus on the product quality without worrying about their own bank balance.
Q: Do I have to return the product after the review?
A: No. You keep the product 100% free. It is yours to use, gift, or keep forever.
Q: What kind of products do you test?
A: Our "Potluck" includes a wide variety of consumer goods, including Home & Kitchen, Electronics, Personal Wellness, and Daily Essentials. Our catalog changes weekly!
Q: How do you send the money?
A: We send funds via PayPal and occasionally gift card. You must have a valid account on paypal to participate.
Q: Does the payment cover taxes and shipping?
A: Yes. We calculate the total cost (including tax) before sending the funds. If you have Amazon Prime, shipping is usually free. If you don't have Prime, let us know before we send the funds so we can adjust the amount.
Q: What if the price changes on Amazon after you send the money?
A: Amazon prices fluctuate constantly. This is why we ask you to order immediately (within 1 hour) of receiving funds. If the price jumps up, do not order. Message the admin immediately.
Q: What are the requirements to join?
A:1.You must be 18+ years old.
2.You must have an active Amazon account with a history of purchasing (spent >$50 in the last 12 months).
3.You must be located in the USA (unless specified otherwise).
Q: Can I return the item to Amazon if I don't like it?
A: NO. You must never return an item funded by us. Returning the item deletes the review and hurts the vendor's rating. If the product is defective, message the Admin, and we will handle it directly with the vendor.
Q: How long should my review be?
A: We look for quality over quantity. A helpful review is typically at least 3 sentences mentioning specific features (like material, noise level, or battery life).
Q: Why was my application denied?
A: We verify every Amazon profile. If your profile is brand new, has zero past reviews, or shows signs of being a "farmed" account, we cannot accept you. If i think you show any signs of being a scammer i wont approve your application. The only way we can continue the prepay method is if we can keep the vendors trust.We prioritize real, everyday shoppers.
Q: Can I resell the item?
A: Once the review is posted and approved by us, the item is your property. You may do whatever you wish with it after that point.
Q: How many products can I test at once?
A:New Members: You are limited to 1 active product at a time.
Established Members: Once you have successfully completed 3 reviews with us, You can have however many open orders you can handle but you MUST keep track of all of them and you can only have 1 open order per vendor unless vendor states otherwise.
Q: Can I invite my friends to join?
A: Yes, but they must apply and be vetted just like you were. Please do not share the active product list with them directly. Have them DM the admin "REFERRAL" to get started or send them to this website.
Q: Can I use my spouse/partner's Amazon account?
A: As long as you can keep track of each account and make sure your using the correct one that you send to vendor it is okay its actually better to have more then one amazon account.
Q: What if the product arrives damaged or broken?
A: DO NOT return it immediately. Please message the Admin first. We will usually have you order a replacement via Amazon (which we will fund) or contact the vendor for a solution.
Q: What if Amazon deletes my review or gives me red box error when submitting?
A: It happens sometimes! Don't panic.

Q: I forgot to order and the price went up. What do I do?
A: STOP. Do not pay the difference out of your own pocket. Message the Admin immediately. We will either send the remaining difference or ask you to wait for the price to drop back down.
Q: Does the vendor see my address?
A: No! This is the best part of our "Upfront Payment" model. You purchase the item yourself through your own Amazon account. The vendor never receives your personal address, phone number, or real name—only Amazon sees that.We also encourage you to crop out your personal info that could be in the screenshots you send to vendors
Q: Will my friends see what I review?
A: Amazon reviews are public, but they do not automatically post to your Facebook or Instagram timeline. If you are concerned about privacy, you can change your "Public Name" on your Amazon Profile to a nickname (e.g., "Amazon Customer" or "Reviewer123") before posting.
Q: Why do you need to verify my age?
A: Because our catalog includes "Adult Wellness" and restricted items, we are legally required to ensure all testers are 18 years or older. We do not store your ID; we simply verify it once upon entry.
