Feralite (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Productivity Café mobile application (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user information when you use the App.
By using Productivity Café, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide core app functionality.
When you create an account or log in using Firebase Authentication, we may collect:
Email address
Authentication user ID
Passwords are handled securely by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.
We store data you create while using the App, including:
Tokens or virtual currency earned
Purchased upgrades or features
App settings and preferences
Progress and gameplay data
This data is stored securely using Google Firebase Firestore.
Productivity Café uses Google AdMob to display advertisements on both iOS and Android.
AdMob may automatically collect and process data such as:
Device identifiers
Advertising ID
IP address
Device and app interaction data
Approximate location derived from IP address
This data is processed by Google according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not directly access or control advertising data collected by AdMob.
Apple App Store (iOS)
Purchases are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases.
We do not receive or store payment card or billing details.
Google Play Store (Android)
Purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
We do not receive or store payment card or billing details.
We may store purchase status to enable purchased features.
We use collected data only to:
Create and manage user accounts
Save and sync app progress
Enable purchased features
Provide technical support
Maintain app functionality and security
We do not sell personal data.
We use trusted third-party services that may process data on our behalf:
Google Firebase (Authentication and Database)
Google AdMob (Advertising)
Google Play Billing (Android purchases)
Apple In-App Purchases (iOS purchases)
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.
User data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from:

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we follow industry standard practices.
Productivity Café is intended for a general audience.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
You can delete your account at any time inside the App using the Delete Account option in Settings.
When you delete your account:
Your Firebase Authentication account is deleted
Associated app data stored in Firebase is deleted where technically possible

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide app functionality or comply with legal obligations.
If you delete your account, associated personal data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this Privacy Policy if features or legal requirements change.
