2. Information We Collect ProDial stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit personal data to external servers. Data stored locally includes: contact names and phone numbers, call logs and notes, tasks and follow-ups, deal values and pipeline stages, and scheduled callbacks and reminders.
3. Permissions We Use ProDial requests the following device permissions:
CALL_PHONE — To initiate calls through the auto dialer
READ_PHONE_STATE — To detect incoming calls and display caller ID
READ_CONTACTS / WRITE_CONTACTS — To manage CRM contacts
READ_CALL_LOG — To track call history
RECORD_AUDIO — For call-related features
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW — To display the incoming caller ID overlay
CAMERA — For profile and contact image capture
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION — For location-based contact features
All permissions are used solely to provide app functionality and are never shared with third parties.
4. Data Storage All your data is stored locally on your Android device using secure local storage. No data is uploaded to any cloud server, third-party service, or external database unless you explicitly enable cloud sync features.
5. In-App Purchases ProDial offers subscription plans through Google Play In-App Purchases. Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not store or access your payment information.
6. Third-Party Services ProDial does not share your personal data with third parties. The app may open external services (WhatsApp, email, phone dialer) only when you explicitly tap an action button.
7. Data Security ProDial protects your data with a 6-digit PIN and biometric authentication (fingerprint/Face ID). The app locks automatically when you leave, keeping your information private.
8. Children's Privacy ProDial is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
