Participation in the workshops and courses is free and open but spaces are limited. If you are interested in attending, please register here:

Speakers: If you are an invited speaker, we kindly ask you to also register, select your arrival and departure dates, and indicate if you require financial support.

For non-speakers: Participation in the workshops is free and open but spaces are limited. We will confirm availability of space on a rolling basis.

Travel and accommodation support might be available upon request, especially for early career researchers. Please indicate in the registration form the reason if and why you are applying for financial support. Decision will be made shorty after the following deadlines:

• Workshop 1 (28 Sep - 2 Oct) : 1 July 2026

• Workshop 2 (7-11 Dec):  1 October 2026

If you do not request financial support, there is no deadline for registration.
