I realised at a young age that training helped distract me from the anxiety's of worries of everyday life. It also empowered me and gave me confidence in my body and its ability's. I currently have a level 8 Batchelors degree in Sports and Business, and am also a EQF Level 4 Personal Training.
I believe that training can and should be used to help an individual realise the beauty and strength that their body is capable of. I believe that it, along with a healthy diet, is the key to a good life.
