Q: How to get/Where is my Team Member role? 

A: You can get it by filling in the form here, if your team member role is gone, it's because you didn't join 3 Active Events, we put you on the dormant list. You may reapply for PGT here any time. 

Q: What is the requirement of applying PGT?

A: So first, you need to change your Roblox display name to ‘PGT_’ (example: PGT_Bear). Second, you need to follow the rules and be active. 

Q: Why I been kicked?

A: You didn't reapply PGT in 7 days.

A: No, you can't get points by chatting in 😡spam

A: You can get a boost (10%) for voting for Oil🛢 or from getting PRO role (20% boost) or from admin role.

A: You can either get a boost or send longer messages!

Q: What are the differences of "Punishment Appeal" and "Mute Protocol"?

A: "Mute Protocol" means that you will follow the rules next time when you got muted, suitable when the mute is done correctly and your first time got muted for that content/error.  (FOR MUTE ONLY) ; "Punishment Appeal" means when you got muted /kicked /banned /warned. For mute, you think the mute is done incorrectly and wish to appeal.  (FOR EVERY PUNISHMENT)
