Day by day, our country is developing and the modern generation has a big interest in freelancing. It is easy to earn thousands of dollars per month by the internet and many of us are successful in this case. But In our country, I have personally suffered through a problem in understanding what is freelancing And what is outsourcing when I was a beginner in the freelancing sector. In the very first time of my career in freelancing, I was used to knowing that the meaning of outsourcing and freelancing are the same thing. Most of us about 65% of people don’t know the difference between outsourcing and freelancing. So let’s see what freelancing means and what means outsourcing!
“Outsourcing” comes from the word Outsource. The work source from outside means outsource. For example, If a company hires an employee for a particular work from outside of the company then we can say that the company is outsourcing the work through that employee but we can’t say that the employee is outsourcing. Remember here, in this case, we can only say that the company is outsourcing a job through an employee. So this is called outsourcing.
Sitting in the home with a cup of coffee and making money on the internet by doing a paid task from a person or a company never means outsourcing. The company or a person who is using you for the paid task they are doing outsourcing. Not you! I hope reading this article you will understand what outsourcing is.
If you had read the answer of what outsourcing is then you can say that freelancing is the opposite of outsourcing. Freelancing is basically a different way of work. Rather than being employed by a company in a specific job, freelancers are self-employed and they find jobs online via a variety of sources. Clients usually hire a freelancer to complete a paid task, job or projects. When you are hired by a company or a client then you are doing freelancing and the company is doing outsourcing in this situation.
So freelancing is not similar to outsourcing. They are the opposites of them. We should never make confusion between freelancing and outsourcing anymore.

Freelancing is a popular topic in 2019. Most of us are familiar with the word “Freelancing”. But do we know how much a freelancer earn per month? Do we have any idea about it? Listen, a freelancer who is on an intermediate level are generating almost 1000$ per month which is above 80,000 Taka. But most of the successful freelancers are generating a huge amount of money by doing freelancing jobs through the internet which is about 5000$-10,000$ per month that means above 4,00000 to 8,00000 Taka per month.
A survey in 2013 says that There were more than 650,000 freelancers in Bangladesh registered on Upwork alone, though their skills and track records vary. In 2013, Bangladeshi freelancers on Upwork earned $21 million which is a big figure of the amount. In 2019, the number of freelancers is more than 1 million I guess because in recent years technologies has come hand to hand. Everyone is using a smartphone with internet.
Taking it as a career is not a very easy decision. It is not an easy job. People who are getting down in their real-life journey they normally thought that it is the only one and the last hope for them. But I don’t even understand why people think like this. Thus it is not an easy job, it is harder than the real-life jobs. If you want to succeed in this sector you have to be 4x conscious, need to keep 4x patience, need to have a 4x focus and finally always keep in your mind about your success. In the very first time of your career you need to fight against your depression yourself but remember that "Success usually comes to those people who are too busy to be looking for it." So don’t lose hope just try to follow the right and the best guidelines and always try to be updated with today.
Suppose you are leading a life with a normal job which is sitting in the office for 16 hours having no breaks for enjoying your small life. Now ask yourself that is this a life? Sitting on the chair for 16 hours daily, is this a life? Having no breaks for the refreshment of your mind, is this a life? The answer I will say is “NO” I think personally that normal human being lives life for almost 55-60 years in this generation. Have you ever thought that you have a time of 55-60 years in this world which is a very short time? If you pass your whole life by doing a boring job in sitting daily for 16 hours on the chair and having no breaks then what is life for? Now think about a Freelancer, they have an open life with their open thoughts with their huge income. They don’t need to sit on the chair for a long time. They are the boss of themselves. They always live their life to the fullest as much as possible. They also keep themselves updated because they always need to communicate with the foreigners who are already very advanced from us. So a freelancer never leads a normal fife. His life is full of joy, refreshment, journey and most important is work (Lol). In Bangladesh, The govt. has started a new rule for the freelancers. Guess what? They are giving away id cards to the freelancers country-wide. Because they want to identify the freelancers. The Freelancers are making thousands of dollars and they are not giving the tax to the govt. that’s why the govt has been going to start a new rule in the upcoming months.
So you can deeply understand the importance of freelancing at this time. It is not just a hobby, It’s a passion. So no need to be in a hurry. Do that what your mind says and try to do that by your heart. Then no one can stop you from reaching the success.
