My research interests lie at the intersection of Behavioral Economics applied to the domain of Labor and Development Economics. For much of my work, I use a combination of lab, field, and online experiments as well as secondary data to address questions about gender, households, and workplace incentives.
I recently received my PhD in economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Before that, I worked as a pre-doctoral researcher at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. I received an MSc in Economics at Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR, and a BA in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
