ABOUT
Priyank Mishra is a Public Servant, Academic, Researcher, Engineer, Manager, and Commentator based in Indore. Professionally, he has worked in telecommunications, instrumentation, information technology, and management for more than a decade. He is also a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at IIT Indore's Electrical Engineering Department. He works in the field of microwave and RF engineering. Among his current research areas are MIMO Communication, MIMO Antenna Systems, WBAN Networks, and Metamaterial inspired Antennas. He is passionate about breaking down the walls between industry and scholarship and bringing together academia and practice. In addition to engineering, his other academic interests are in Indian History, Indian Thought, World History and International Relations. He has organised several short term programs, seminars and workshops on themes like Gandhian Philosophy and Thoughts, India in Amrit Kal, Philosophy of Indian Constitution etc.
He is a proud native of Bundelkhanda, Madhya Pradesh. He speaks Hindi and English. Aside from work, Priyank enjoys spending time in the countryside or hiking with friends and family in the nearby Mountains. Over the course of his career, he has travelled extensively throughout India.
