Economics remains heavily skewed toward authors based in rich countries, and scholars in low- and middle-income countries are systematically underrepresented in top outlets. If you are a researcher based in the developing world, you are especially welcome here. Within the limits of my time, I try to prioritise reading and commenting on such work, sharing drafts and code when useful, and passing on whatever tacit knowledge about the profession I have managed to accumulate.
