These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Priya mobile application ("App") operated by Shri kalyan kirana store ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Priya. By using the App you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use Priya. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we have reasonable grounds to believe belongs to a minor.
Priya provides AI-generated companion personas for entertainment and social simulation purposes.
Important: The companions in this App are artificial intelligence — they are not real people. They do not have feelings, consciousness, or an existence outside the App. Interactions are simulated. Companion is not a substitute for real human relationships, mental health support, or professional advice of any kind.
Every AI companion will honestly disclose being an AI if sincerely asked. Attempting to use the App to circumvent this disclosure is a violation of these Terms.
You may use Priya:
As a guest — with an anonymous session. Guest data is device-local only.
With an account — via email/password or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use Priya to:
Engage in, solicit, or promote any content involving minors in a sexual context.
Attempt to bypass or circumvent the App's content safety filters through jailbreaking, prompt injection, or other techniques.
Harass, threaten, or abuse (including through the AI personas).
Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code.
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.
Priya includes a client-side content moderation system. Certain message patterns will result in:
A soft block — the message is not sent and a warning is shown.
A hard block — the conversation session is locked and further messaging is disabled.
Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination. We reserve the right to modify our safety rules at any time without notice.
If you encounter content you believe is harmful or inappropriate, use the "Report this message" feature inside the chat. We review flagged content and may use it to improve our safety system.
The App is available for free with a limit of 10 messages per chat session. Free users have access to all companion personas and scenarios within those limits.
We offer optional paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite tiers) that remove message limits and unlock additional features. Subscription details, pricing, and billing periods are shown in the App before purchase.
All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
To cancel, go to Google Play → Subscriptions → Priya → Cancel.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. We do not issue refunds outside of Google Play's standard process.
We also offer one-time scenario packs. These are non-refundable once purchased unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via the App or email.
All content in the App — including persona names, backstories, artwork, prompts, and system design — is the property of Shri kalyan kirana store or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The AI-generated text produced during your conversations is generated for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Your use of Priya is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
Your conversation history is stored locally on your device only. We do not store your chat messages on our servers. You may delete your history at any time via Settings → Manage data → Clear all chat history.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your messages through our AI inference pipeline solely for the purpose of generating companion replies. This licence does not extend to any other use of your message content.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The App will be available at all times or without interruption.
The AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
The App will be free from errors or bugs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,Shri kalyan kirana store SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₹500 (FIVE HUNDRED RUPEES), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete my account. Upon deletion, your Firebase account and all local data will be permanently erased.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will notify you within the App. Continued use after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.
