Hi I’m Andrea!

I’m a lifelong learner passionate about helping students find the tools they need to navigate the game of school while practicing the art of learning. 

I have degrees in mathematics, physics, and computer science as well as extensive experience tutoring. See more of my experience and credentials, which includes teaching certification and software development experience on LinkedIn.

When tutoring, my goal is to consistently discover where the student is at and guide them gradually to the next level of understanding. I think it’s essential to take the time to work up, then jump around. This is something neither a classroom teacher, nor technology can do accurately. A classroom teacher cannot do this consistently with each of their students, leaving some in the dust while leaving others bored. Educational technology is not advanced enough to notice the subtle concern on a students face when a question is slightly too difficult or not properly worded for the student in that moment. Im passionate about bridging that gap through individual tutoring.
