Private Bulletin can be used to build a Webpage containing Photos and Videos that you can Publish for your Family and Friends to view. This webpage is secure and can only be viewed by those who have been invited to view it, and have the Unique User ID and Password for that page.  All communications between you the Creator and your Viewers is by Email. This means that any Comments made against that Webpage are NOT shared with other viewers. Private Bulletin does not store any comments.

This Application gathers the Creators and Viewers Email Address and the name that goes with that Email Address. It also captures a Nickname /Alias for the Creator and Country that is given as residence. The Nickname/Alias is shown on the Published Webpage, but the Creators name is not shown. All this information is encrypted within the  system. None of this information is shared with any other parties. 

There is no Search facility offered within the system.
