These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Private Web Browser - Internet (“Application”, “App”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not install, access, or use the Application.

1. General Description of the Application

Private Web Browser - Internet is a mobile browsing application designed to provide users with a clean, convenient, and privacy-oriented browsing experience.

The Application may include features such as:

• Web browsing functionality

• Private browsing sessions

• Local history and session control

• Cookie and website data management

• Local content filtering

• Advertising reduction tools

• Website access limitation features

• Optional passcode protection for selected websites

• Bookmark and tab management

• Optional AI-powered chat assistant

The Application is intended to help users manage their own browsing environment and local browsing data. It is not intended to provide complete anonymity, network-level security, VPN functionality, proxy services, or guaranteed protection from all forms of tracking.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Application in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Application will not violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or platform requirement.

3. Privacy-Oriented Browsing Features

The Application is designed to give users greater control over certain browsing-related information stored on their device.

Depending on the available functionality, the Application may help users:

• Reduce locally retained browsing history

• Limit persistent session information

• Manage cookies and website data

• Use private browsing sessions that do not retain history after use

• Reduce selected tracking-related mechanisms where technically possible

These features are intended to support user convenience and privacy control. They do not guarantee full anonymity, complete prevention of tracking, or absolute protection from all website technologies, third-party scripts, network operators, internet service providers, or external services.

4. No VPN, Proxy, or Traffic Anonymization

The Application does not operate as a VPN, proxy, traffic tunneling service, or network anonymization tool.

The Application does not claim to:

• Reroute all device traffic

• Hide the user’s IP address at the network level

• Encrypt traffic outside standard system and website protocols

• Circumvent geographic, legal, institutional, or technical restrictions

• Provide anonymous access to the internet

Any privacy-related functionality is limited to browser-level and device-level controls within the Application.

5. Website Passcode Protection

The Application may allow users to protect access to selected websites with a passcode or similar local access control mechanism.

This feature is optional and intended for personal privacy and convenience. It allows users to reduce accidental or unauthorized access to specific websites within the Application.

Website passcode protection:

• Is configured by the user

• Applies only within the Application

• Is intended for local access control

• Is not designed for monitoring other users

• Does not provide device-wide parental control

• Does not replace system-level security settings

Users are responsible for remembering and managing their own passcode settings.

6. Website Blocking and Access Limitation

The Application may include tools that allow users to locally limit access to selected websites.

This feature is intended to help users customize their own browsing environment, reduce distractions, or avoid specific websites according to personal preferences.

Website blocking or access limitation:

• Is controlled by the user

• Applies only within the Application

• Does not monitor user behavior

• Does not provide surveillance functionality

• Does not guarantee blocking across other browsers, apps, devices, or networks

The Application does not make decisions on behalf of the user regarding what websites should or should not be accessed.

7. Local Content Filtering and Advertising Reduction

The Application may include local content filtering tools designed to reduce unwanted visual elements, including certain advertising-related content, where technically possible.

Content filtering is intended to improve the browsing experience and may operate based on locally applied rules, browser-level controls, or available technical mechanisms.

The Application does not guarantee that all advertisements, trackers, pop-ups, banners, or unwanted elements will be blocked. Some websites may use technologies that limit or prevent filtering. Some website functionality may also be affected by content filtering.

The user may be responsible for enabling, disabling, or adjusting filtering settings according to personal preference.

8. AI-Powered Chat Assistant

The Application may include an optional AI-powered chat assistant that allows users to submit text-based queries and receive generated responses.

The AI assistant is a general-purpose informational feature and is not intended to provide professional, legal, financial, medical, security, or other regulated advice.

The AI assistant operates separately from the user’s browsing activity. The Application does not use the AI assistant to monitor, profile, or analyze the user’s browsing history.

Users should not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details, private credentials, confidential business information, or other highly sensitive data into the AI chat.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. Users are responsible for evaluating any information received through the AI assistant before relying on it.

9. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Application allows users to access third-party websites and online content.

All third-party websites, services, materials, advertisements, scripts, media, and resources accessed through the Application are provided by their respective owners or operators.

We do not:

• Own third-party websites

• Control third-party content

• Guarantee third-party website availability

• Verify the accuracy of third-party information

• Endorse third-party products or services

• Accept responsibility for third-party privacy practices

Your use of third-party websites is subject to the terms, privacy policies, and rules of those third parties.

10. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Application and for all content you access through it.

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Access, distribute, or promote unlawful content

• Harass, harm, threaten, or abuse others

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Attempt to bypass lawful restrictions

• Interfere with websites, servers, networks, or systems

• Use automated scraping, crawling, or extraction tools in an abusive manner

• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code

The Application must be used only for lawful and personal purposes.

11. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or premium access plans.

If offered, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and policies.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

We do not directly process payment card information and do not control Apple’s billing, refund, or subscription management systems.

12. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its interface, design, software, structure, visual elements, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application

• Reverse engineer or decompile the Application

• Remove proprietary notices

• Use the Application to create a competing service

• Misuse any trademarks, branding, or design elements

Third-party content accessed through the Application remains the property of its respective owners.

13. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time.

Features may vary depending on:

• Device model

• Operating system version

• App version

• Technical limitations

• Platform requirements

• Website behavior

We do not guarantee that any specific feature will always be available or operate without interruption.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, accuracy, security, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Application will be error-free

• All websites will load correctly

• All ads or trackers will be blocked

• All cookies will be prevented

• Private browsing will prevent all tracking

• AI responses will be accurate

• The Application will meet every user expectation

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business opportunities

• Device issues

• Website-related damages

• Third-party service issues

• Reliance on AI-generated responses

• Failure of content filtering or blocking features

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using it.

16. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Application if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, misused the Application, or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity.

You may stop using the Application at any time.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted within the Application or otherwise made available to users.

Continued use of the Application after updates means that you accept the revised Terms.
