Argoshift ("us", "we", or "our") operates the SpyCatch: Anti-Spy Hidden Camera Detector mobile application (the "Service").
1. Core Privacy Philosophy (100% Offline)
Our fundamental principle is Absolute Privacy. SpyCatch is a local, sandboxed utility application.
- The application operates 100% offline.
- No personal data, sensor logs, or scanning results are ever collected, stored, or transmitted to any remote server.
- All analytical computations (magnetic fields, network sweeps, audio processing) are performed locally and transiently "on-device".
2. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect any Personal Information. The app requests device permissions strictly required for its functional features:
- CAMERA: Used solely for the Lens Detector feature to analyze light reflection and infrared hotspots via CameraX. No imagery or video is ever saved or transmitted.
- RECORD_AUDIO: Used solely for the Audio Beacons (Ultrasound) feature to detect high-frequency tracking signals locally. The audio stream is ephemeral, never recorded, and immediately released when leaving the screen.
- ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & Wi-Fi: Required natively by the Android OS to identify the local Wi-Fi network SSID during the Network Sweep and to scan for nearby BLE tags.
- VIBRATE & FLASH: Used exclusively for real-time haptic feedback (Magnetic scan warnings) and visual alerts (Anti-Tamper alarm trigger).
3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep this professional tool completely free for everyone, our Service integrates Google AdMob for advertisement presentation.
- AdMob may collect and use anonymous device identifiers or advertising IDs to serve relevant localized ads.
- These third-party services process data in compliance with their own strict privacy frameworks.

4. Data Security
Since no data is collected or sent over the internet by SpyCatch, your information is naturally immune to network-based data leaks or server breaches. Security happens entirely within your physical device.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly within the application settings profile or on our distribution page.
