This Privacy Policy describes how WatchPro ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. DATA COLLECTION
WatchPro does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The app operates entirely offline. All data you enter — including customer names, phone numbers, repair records, and photos — is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to any server or third party.
2. DATA YOU ENTER
The following data is stored locally on your device:
- Customer information (name, phone, email, address, notes)
- Repair job records (watch details, repair status, costs, photos)
- Parts and inventory data
- Expense records
- App settings (language, theme, currency)
This data is used solely to provide the app's functionality and is never shared.
3. PHOTOS AND MEDIA
If you attach photos to repair jobs, those images are stored locally on your device within the app's private storage directory. The app requests camera and storage permissions only to allow you to take or select photos for repair records. We do not access, copy, or transmit your photos.
4. ADVERTISING
WatchPro uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers and other data to serve relevant ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at:

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings under "Ads" or "Privacy".
5. PERMISSIONS
The app may request the following permissions:
- Camera: To take photos of watches for repair records
- Storage / Media: To save and access photos on your device
- Internet: Required for loading advertisements
6. DATA BACKUP
The app provides a backup feature that creates a ZIP file containing your locally stored data and photos. This file is saved on your device. You may share this file using your device's sharing functions. We have no access to backup files you create.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
WatchPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
