PRIVACY POLICY — VISA OFFICE MANAGER
Visa Office Manager ("the App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer ("we,"
"us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
1. OFFLINE APP — NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER
Visa Office Manager works fully offline. The App does not require you to create an account or
sign in to use any of its core features, and it does not communicate with any backend server
operated by us. All data you enter is stored locally on your device's storage using a local
SQLite database. We never receive, transmit, or have access to the data you enter into the App.
2. DATA YOU ENTER INTO THE APP
The App stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Staff records: name, position, phone, email, photo, hire date, active/inactive status, notes
- Visa case records: client name, passport number, visa type, destination country, status,
submission/appointment/completion dates, fee, notes
- Required-document checklist entries per case: document type, submission status
(not submitted/submitted/verified/rejected), submitted date, notes
- Work schedules and shifts assigned to staff
- Attendance records: check-in/check-out times and status
- Leave requests: type, dates, reason and approval status
- Office announcements and internal tasks
None of this information is sent to us, to advertisers, or to any third party. It exists only
on your device unless you choose to export or share it yourself (see Section 5).
3. DATA RETENTION — HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA
We do not store any of your data on our own systems, so there is no retention period on our
end — we simply never have a copy. All information lives exclusively in the App's local
database on your device for as long as you keep the App installed and choose not to delete it.
Because we never hold a copy of your data, we cannot retain it after you delete it, and we have
no ability to recover it for you.
4. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You can permanently delete your data at any time using any of the following methods:
(a) Delete individual records (staff, visa cases, document checklist entries, schedules,
attendance, leave requests, announcements, tasks) directly within the App using the
delete/trash controls on each screen.
(b) Uninstall the App from your device — this permanently removes the local database and all
data stored in it.
(c) Go to Android Settings → Apps → Visa Office Manager → Storage → Clear Data (or Clear
Storage) to erase all app data without uninstalling the App.
Because all data is stored only on your device, once you perform any of the above, the data is
gone — we hold no separate copy to delete on our end.
5. BACKUP FILES YOU CREATE
Visa Office Manager includes an optional Backup & Restore feature (available to Premium users)
that lets you export a ZIP file containing your data to your device's storage, from which you
may choose to share it (e.g., via email, messaging apps, or cloud storage) using your device's
own share sheet. This backup file is created and controlled entirely by you. We do not receive,
store, or have access to any backup file you create. You are responsible for safeguarding any
backup file you export or share, and you can delete it at any time from wherever you saved it.
6. PERMISSIONS THE APP USES
The App may request the following device permissions, used only for the features described:
- Storage / Photos and Media: to let you attach staff photos, save PDF reports and schedules,
and create or restore ZIP backup files
- Camera: to let you take a staff photo directly within the App (optional)
None of these permissions are used to collect data for us; they only support on-device features
that you control.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is a business tool intended for visa office staff and administrators, and is not
directed at children under 13. Since the App has no server-side data collection, we do not
knowingly collect or retain personal information from anyone, including children.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The App does not display third-party advertising and does not use any advertising SDK. Premium
purchases are processed through Google Play Billing (via the in_app_purchase plugin); we do not
receive or store your payment details — these are handled entirely by Google Play under
Google's own privacy policy.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating
the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
