# Privacy Policy — Train Wash

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game **Train Wash** (package `com.btech.trainwash`, "the Game") handles information. The Game is published by **btech** ("we", "us").
## 1. Information we collect
We do **not** ask you to create an account and we do **not** collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
The Game uses the following third-party services, which may automatically collect certain information from your device:
**Google AdMob (advertising)**
- Advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, language and approximate (country-level) location derived from the IP address
- Information about ad interactions (ads shown, clicked)
- Used to show ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. Ads may be personalized if you allow it.
**Google Firebase Analytics**
- App usage events (for example: level started, level completed, booster used, ad offer shown), app version, device model, operating system and country
- Used to understand how the Game is played and to improve it. This data is not used to identify you personally.
**Google Firebase Remote Config**
- Used to adjust game settings (such as how often ads appear) without an app update. It uses an app instance identifier.
**Google User Messaging Platform (consent)**
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown and stores your choice on your device.
## 2. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (stations cleared, stars, coins, paint jobs, upgrades and settings) is stored **only on your device**. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it.
## 3. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information collected by the services above is processed by Google according to its own policies:

## 4. Your choices
- **Personalized ads:** you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device's Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads).
- **Consent (EEA/UK/CH):** you can change your consent at any time from the Game's Settings › Privacy options.
- **Rewarded videos are optional:** the Game never requires you to watch an ad to keep playing.
- **Delete data:** uninstall the Game to remove all locally stored data.
## 5. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience aged **13 and older** and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.
## 6. Security
We rely on the security measures of Google's services for the information they process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
## 7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
