PRIVACY POLICY FOR TRAINERPRO

This Privacy Policy describes how TrainerPro ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully.

1. OVERVIEW
TrainerPro is a fully offline application. We do not operate any servers, we do not collect any personal data from users, and we do not transmit any data over the internet on your behalf.

2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect, transmit, store, or share:
• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs (beyond what Google AdMob manages — see Section 5)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any data entered into the app (client profiles, sessions, measurements, photos, etc.)

3. DATA STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE
All data you enter into TrainerPro — including client profiles, training sessions, workout plans, body measurements, progress photos, and nutrition plans — is stored exclusively in a local database on your own device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export a backup.
3.1 What is stored locally
• Client names, contact information, body stats, and fitness goals
• Training session records
• Workout plan and exercise data
• Body measurement history
• Progress photos (stored in the app's private folder)
• Nutrition plan data
• App preferences (language, theme)
3.2 How long data is stored (Retention)
Your data is stored on your device for as long as the App is installed and you choose to keep it. Data is not automatically deleted unless you take one of the actions described below.

4. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over all data stored by TrainerPro. You can delete your data in the following ways:
a) Delete individual records:
Open any client, session, measurement, or workout and use the Delete option within the app. This immediately and permanently removes that record from your device.
b) Delete all data at once:
Uninstall the TrainerPro app from your device. This permanently deletes the local database and all associated files, including photos stored by the app.
c) Factory reset or storage clear:
Clearing the app's storage via your device's App Settings (Settings → Apps → TrainerPro → Storage → Clear Data) will delete all local data immediately.
We do not hold any copies of your data on external servers. Once deleted from your device, the data cannot be recovered by us.

5. GOOGLE ADMOB (ADVERTISING)
TrainerPro displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

To opt out of personalized ads:
• On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
AdMob may use the following types of data for advertising purposes:
• Advertising ID (Android Ad ID)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• IP address (used for general location, e.g., country)
• App usage signals
TrainerPro does not pass any personally identifiable information to AdMob.

6. BACKUP FILES
When you use the Backup feature, TrainerPro creates a single encrypted archive file (.tpbak) on your device containing your database and photos. This file is only shared if you choose to share it (for example, via email or cloud storage). We have no access to this file. You are responsible for the security of any backup files you share or store.

7. CAMERA AND PHOTO LIBRARY ACCESS
TrainerPro requests permission to access your camera and photo library solely to allow you to add photos to client profiles and progress tracking. Photos are stored locally on your device within the app's private storage folder. We do not upload or share these photos.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
TrainerPro is intended for professional use by personal trainers and fitness coaches. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
