This Privacy Policy explains how SpanchingCompany ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application ThemeParkGames (the "App") available on Google Play, including the Android application id com.SpanchingCompany.ThemeParkGames.
1. SUMMARY
ThemeParkGames is a single-player theme-park / mini-game experience. We designed the App so that gameplay progress is stored on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly sell your personal information for money.
The App may display third-party ads. When ads are enabled in a given release, advertising or ad-mediation partners may collect or receive limited data from your device or the App to provide, measure, and improve ads.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you use the App, your region, and your device settings, the following may apply:
- Local game data (on device only). The App may store progress and preferences locally on your device, such as coin balance, scores, selected character, timers/cooldowns, and whether you have acknowledged this privacy notice. This data stays on your device unless you back up or transfer your device using your own tools or platform features.
- No account registration. The App does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or postal address to play.
- Advertising-related data. If the App displays third-party ads, our advertising, mediation, and measurement partners may collect or receive data such as your advertising ID, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app and device information, and ad interaction or performance data (for example, impressions, clicks, viewability, and diagnostics).
- Technical platform data. Google Play, your device operating system, and similar platform services may process limited technical information as part of installing, updating, or running apps. That processing is governed by their own policies.
We may also receive information from ad-mediation providers and advertising partners, such as aggregated reporting, fraud-prevention signals, and campaign or performance information.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Local game data is used only to:
- Save and restore your progress and settings
- Operate mini-games, rewards, and timers
- Remember privacy-notice acknowledgements inside the App
Advertising-related and technical data may be used to:
- Display ads in the App
- Support ad mediation, ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention
- Measure ad performance and troubleshoot service issues
- Help determine whether personalized or non-personalized ads should be shown, where applicable
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and partner availability.
4. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information for money. Because core gameplay data is stored locally, we do not transmit that progress to our own servers as part of normal play in the current version, except as needed for platform functions or third-party services described in this policy.
If ads are enabled, we may share limited data with advertising, ad-mediation, analytics, anti-fraud, and measurement partners so they can provide, deliver, measure, and improve ads in the App. Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be treated as "sharing," "sale," or "targeted advertising" under applicable privacy laws. Where required, we will provide notice and any available choices.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or SpanchingCompany.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
ThemeParkGames may be enjoyed by families and younger players. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or provide personal information directly to us through the App.
If ads are enabled, third-party advertising partners may process limited device and advertising-related data as described above. Where required by law or platform policy, we may use available settings from our advertising or mediation partners to support age-appropriate treatment.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us through a channel outside the App (for example, email), contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
6. DATA RETENTION
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App's storage, uninstall the App, or otherwise reset the device. Uninstalling the App typically removes local App data.
Third-party partners, including advertising or mediation partners, may retain data according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
7. SECURITY
We take reasonable measures appropriate to a mobile game that stores progress locally and may use third-party platform or advertising services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Please keep your device updated and protected.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Distribution through Google Play is subject to Google's Privacy Policy:

If ads are enabled, the App may use third-party advertising and ad-mediation services, such as Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and its mediated advertising partners, as well as related measurement and anti-fraud providers. Those third parties may process data under their own privacy policies.
The specific partners used by the App may change over time. We will update this Privacy Policy and the Play Console Data safety section when material changes require it.
9. YOUR CHOICES
- You can clear App data in your device settings.
- You can uninstall the App at any time.
- You may be able to reset or limit your device advertising ID or ad tracking through your device settings.
- Where required, we or our partners may ask for consent or offer privacy choices related to personalized ads and applicable regional rights.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The App may be available in multiple regions through Google Play. Local device storage remains on your device. Third-party platform, advertising, and mediation services may process data in other countries according to their own terms and safeguards.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy, where permitted by law.
