This Privacy Policy describes how Teacher Assistant ("the App") handles information. Please read it carefully.
1. Information We Collect
Teacher Assistant does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter into the App — including student names, grades, attendance records, photos, and notes — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SQLite database).
2. Data Storage
All App data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data at any time. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.
3. Photos
Photos added to student profiles are stored locally in your device's internal storage. These photos are only used within the App and are never uploaded or shared without your explicit action.
4. Backup & Restore
The App provides an optional backup feature that packages your local data into a ZIP file. This file is shared only through apps you choose (such as email or cloud storage) using your device's native share function. We do not receive or store this backup file.
5. Advertisements
The App may display banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect device information and identifiers to serve ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by teachers and does not directly target children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
