We respect your privacy. Tayseer ul Faraiz does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive user data.

• No registration or sign-up is required.

• We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any personal information.

• We do not collect financial information, location data, contacts, or device identifiers.

• All the app features except the tutorial videos function offline; all calculations and logic are processed locally on your device. 

Your usage of the app is entirely contained within your device.

2. Data You Provide

Any data you input into the app (e.g., number of heirs, relationship types, or values) is used solely for on-device calculation purposes and is not transmitted, stored, or shared by us. You may choose to clear your data manually or uninstall the app at any time. 

3. Permissions Requested by the App

Tayseer ul Faraiz does not request or require access to:

• Camera

• Microphone

• Contacts

• Location

• Storage (internal or external)

• Device ID or IMEI

This ensures that your device and data remain secure and private.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party services, libraries, or SDKs that collect or process user data, including:

• No advertising networks

• No analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)

• No external APIs

Your usage of the app is entirely contained within your device. 

5. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for use by individuals with knowledge of Ilm al-Faraiz. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it. 

6. Data Security

Although we do not store any user data, we still take your privacy seriously. The app is developed with modern security practices to avoid any unintended data exposure. All calculations remain local and are wiped when the user exits or clears data. 

7. Internet Access and Third party links

• While Tayseer ul Faraiz functions primarily offline, the app may require internet access for certain features — such as accessing tutorial videos hosted on YouTube or viewing Google Drive PDFs. When you choose to watch a tutorial or view a PDF, the app may redirect you to YouTube or another external platform. These platforms may collect data as per their own privacy policies, which we do not control or manage.

• We do not share any of your data with YouTube, Google or any third party.

• We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those platforms before using them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect updates to the app or legal requirements. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
