This Privacy Policy explains how the Tailor Workshop Manager application ("the App")
handles your information. Please read it carefully before using the App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App stores the following information that you enter directly:
- Tailor and staff profiles: name, phone number, email address, role, photo
- Customer profiles: name, phone number, email address, home address, notes
- Customer body measurements
- Order information: garment type, description, status, price, due date, photos
- Work schedules: dates, times, task descriptions
- Announcements: title and content
- Financial records: income and expense amounts, categories, dates, descriptions
All of this information is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted
to any server, cloud service, or third party by the App.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The information you enter is used solely to provide the App's features:
- Displaying and managing your workshop data
- Generating PDF schedule reports
- Showing financial summaries
- Facilitating sharing via the device's built-in share function or LINE
The App does not use your data for analytics, profiling, or advertising by the developer.

3. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect
and use certain data on your device to show relevant ads. This may include:
- Advertising ID (resettable device identifier)
- IP address
- General device information
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by the App developer. You can

You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting the settings on your Android
device under Settings > Google > Ads.

4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties, except
as described in Section 3 (Google AdMob) above.
When you use the share or LINE features, content you choose to share (such as a
schedule PDF or announcement text) is sent through the operating system's share
function. The App has no control over how that content is handled after you share it.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device for as long as the
App is installed and you choose to keep it.
How to delete your data:
a) Delete individual records: You can delete any tailor, customer, order, schedule,
announcement, or financial record at any time from within the App by opening
the record and tapping the delete button.
b) Delete backup files: If you have created backup files (.twm files), you can
delete them manually from your device storage at any time.
c) Delete all data: To delete all data stored by the App, uninstall the App from
your device. This will permanently remove all locally stored records and photos.
d) Request assistance: If you need help locating or deleting your data, contact
us at laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com and we will assist you.
The App does not retain any data on external servers, so there is no additional
server-side deletion required.

6. PHOTOS AND CAMERA
The App may request access to your device camera and photo library to allow you to
attach reference photos to orders and tailor profiles. Photos you attach are stored
only on your device within the App's private storage folder. They are not uploaded
anywhere.

7. PERMISSIONS USED
- INTERNET: Required for Google AdMob to display advertisements.
- READ/WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE: Used to save and read backup files and PDF exports.
- CAMERA: Optional, used to take photos for orders and staff profiles.
- READ MEDIA IMAGES: Used to select photos from your device gallery.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by business owners and professionals. It is not directed
at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information
through the App, please contact us so we can assist with deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected
with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review
