Sunztech Studio Private Limited ("Sunztech", "we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By installing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. THE SERVICE
The App allows you to browse, view, and download live wallpapers delivered to the App from our backend servers via API. Accessing content in the App:
- Does NOT require you to create an account, sign in, or sign up.
- May require you to watch a rewarded advertisement to download certain wallpapers (free content).
- May require an optional auto-renewable subscription (premium content). All subscription purchases and payments are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see, collect, or store your payment card details. Please review Apple's privacy practices at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
You may report wallpapers that you believe infringe your copyright using the in-app "Report" option. Reports may include the content in question and your contact details so we can follow up.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily
Since the App has no account system, we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or other registration details. The only information you may voluntarily provide is:
- Content you submit through the in-app copyright report/feedback option (which may include your email address so we can respond).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA/IDFV where permitted), IP address, mobile carrier, and language settings.
- Usage data: wallpapers viewed and downloaded, screens visited, session duration, and interaction events.
- Approximate location derived from IP address (used for ad serving and analytics).
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks, rewarded ad completions).
- Push notification token (FCM device token) used to deliver notifications.
- Log data: crash reports, performance data, and diagnostic information.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information to:
- Deliver wallpapers and App functionality via our backend API.
- Serve advertisements, including rewarded ads required to unlock free downloads, through Google AdMob mediation (which may include Unity Ads and other mediation partners).
- Process rewarded-ad completion events to credit your downloads.
- Deliver push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) about new wallpapers, features, or offers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
- Analyze App usage and performance using Google Analytics for Firebase to improve the App and content.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
- Review and act on copyright reports submitted through the App.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

These third parties may collect information used to identify you or your device, as described in their respective privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites or services.
5. ADVERTISING
The App is ad-supported. We use Google AdMob with mediation, which may serve ads from Unity and other ad network partners. Ad partners may use your device's advertising identifier and approximate location to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent choices and device settings (e.g., App Tracking Transparency on iOS, and ad personalization settings in your Google/Apple account). You may reset or limit ad tracking through your device settings.
Rewarded ads: watching a rewarded ad is required to download certain free wallpapers. Ad completion is verified server-side so your download can be unlocked.
6. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications, such as alerts about new wallpapers. You can opt out of notifications at any time through your device settings (Settings > Notifications).
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain automatically collected analytics and advertising data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is aggregated or deleted. If you submit a copyright report, we retain it for as long as needed to process your request and maintain a record of our response to legal claims.
8. DATA SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected through the App. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since the App requires no account registration, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information (for example, through a copyright report), please contact us and we will delete such information promptly.
10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Because the App collects minimal personal data and has no account system, most data we hold is tied to your device or advertising identifier rather than your identity. To exercise any rights, or to ask questions about your data, contact us at the email below. You can also limit data collection by:
- Disabling personalized ads / ad tracking in your device and account settings.
- Turning off push notifications in your device settings.
- Deleting the App, which stops further data collection by the App.
11. COPYRIGHT / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISCLAIMER
All wallpapers and content made available through the App are either original works of Sunztech or are used with proper licenses and permissions. All trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned or displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners, and reference to them does not imply endorsement.
If you believe any content in the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please use the "Report" option within the App or contact us at the email below with details of the allegedly infringing content. We will review all reports and remove content that violates rights holders' rights in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and/or updating the policy URL on the App Store listing. You are advised to review this policy periodically. Changes are effective when they are posted.
