This Privacy Policy describes how StatusPro ("we", "our", "the app") handles your information when you use our Android application.

We respect your privacy and believe in keeping data collection to the absolute minimum required to deliver our service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use StatusPro, we collect only the following information:

a) Device identifier

A unique device-generated ID that allows us to associate your tracked contacts with your installation. This is not linked to your personal identity.

b) Phone numbers and contact labels

The phone numbers and the corresponding names that you choose to add to your tracked list inside the app. You enter these manually; we never read or upload your phone's address book.

c) Push notification token

A token provided by Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) so that we can deliver push notifications to your device when your tracked contacts come online.

d) Basic app diagnostics

App version, country code, device platform (Android), and technical error logs used solely for debugging and improving the service.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect or access:

• Your name, email address, or other personal identifiers

• Your phone's contact list

• Your location

• Your photos, videos, or media files

• The contents of any messages

• Browsing history or app usage data outside StatusPro

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The limited data we collect is used only to:

• Provide the core service — showing online and offline presence for the contacts you choose to track

• Deliver push notifications to your device

• Improve app stability and performance

• Respond to your support requests

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

We use the following service providers to operate StatusPro:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — to deliver push notifications

• Our own secure servers — to store your tracked contact list and presence history

We never transfer your data outside these technical functions.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Presence history is kept for a maximum of 30 days (or less, depending on your plan), and is automatically deleted afterward.

When you remove a contact inside the app, all data associated with that contact is immediately deleted from our records.

If you uninstall StatusPro, your tracked contact list is no longer accessible through the app. For full account and data deletion requests, please email us at support@appsdrivelab.com — we will process your request within 7 days.

6. SECURITY

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS and AES-256-GCM. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

StatusPro is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted within the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
