Privacy Policy — Savings Tracker

This policy describes how the Savings Tracker mobile app (“the App”) handles information when you use it on your device.

## Summary

Savings Tracker is designed to work **without an account** and **without sending your savings data to our servers**. Your goals and amounts are kept **on your device** using the platform’s standard local storage (e.g. via Flutter `shared_preferences` / platform-backed preferences).

## Information the App processes

- **Goal details you enter:** such as goal names, emoji selections, target amounts, and saved amounts. 

- **Technical data from the OS:** standard device logs or crash diagnostics may be collected by Google Play or Apple according to their policies if you use their stores or system reporting—not controlled by this policy’s app-specific storage.

## How your data is stored

- Data you enter is stored **locally on your device** to remember your goals between sessions. 

- We do **not** operate a backend service for this app that receives or stores your goal content.

## Sharing and disclosure

We **do not** sell your personal information. We **do not** intentionally transmit your goal list to third parties as part of the App’s core functionality.

If you use OS features (for example, copying text to the clipboard), that action is handled by your device’s operating system and may be available to other apps you paste into, according to how those apps work.

## Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## Your choices

- You can **delete goals** inside the App at any time. 

- You can **uninstall** the App to remove locally stored app data from your device (subject to how your device manages app data).

## Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
