This Privacy Policy describes how the Room Planner Notes mobile application (“App”) handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

## 1. Who we are

The App is provided as a local planning tool for organizing room ideas, inspiration, and budget notes on your device.

## 2. Information the App processes

### 2.1 Information you enter

The App allows you to type and save notes related to rooms, ideas, and budget planning. This content is stored **locally on your device** using the operating system’s standard app storage mechanisms (for example, Android SharedPreferences / equivalent on other platforms).

We do **not** require you to create an account to use the App.

### 2.2 Information we do not collect by default

The App, as provided in this project, does **not** include built-in analytics, advertising SDKs, or cloud synchronization unless you add such features in a future version. If you integrate third-party services later, you should update this policy and the store disclosures accordingly.

## 3. How your data is used

- **Local storage:** Your notes are used only to display them to you within the App and to persist them between sessions on the same device.

- **Clipboard:** When you use a **Copy** action, text may be placed on your device clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. Clipboard content is controlled by your operating system and other apps you use.

- **Share:** When you use **Share**, your device’s native share sheet may send text to apps or services **you** choose (for example, email or messaging). The App does not control those third-party services.

## 4. Data retention and deletion

Data remains on your device until you remove it within the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App typically deletes locally stored app data according to your operating system’s rules.

## 5. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through a modified version of the App, contact the publisher of that version.

## 6. Security

No method of electronic storage is completely secure. Local app storage relies on your device’s operating system protections. Keep your device updated and use a lock screen where possible.

## 7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
