This Privacy Policy applies to the Wear OS application "Ray Deck: Macro Deck & Remote" ("we", "us", or "our"), package name com.ray.macrodeck. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information.
2. Zero Data Collection
Ray Deck does NOT collect, track, store, transmit, or share any personal data, analytics, location information, or network activity. The application operates 100% locally on your Wear OS device.
3. Bluetooth and Hardware Permissions
Ray Deck requests specific permissions solely to perform its core Bluetooth HID keyboard and remote control features:
• Bluetooth Permissions (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_ADVERTISE): Required exclusively to establish a local, direct Bluetooth link with your paired computer/laptop to emulate standard keyboard and media commands.
• Vibration Permission (VIBRATE): Used solely for tactile haptic vibration feedback when tapping macro buttons or spinning the jog wheel.
4. Local Configuration Storage
All custom macro button labels, shortcut preferences, and OS mode settings are stored locally on your smartwatch using SharedPreferences. This configuration data never leaves your smartwatch device.
5. Zero Third-Party Tracking
Ray Deck contains zero third-party advertising frameworks, zero analytics scripts, and zero internet communication code. The app does not request or use internet access.
6. Children's Privacy
Our application does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, and complies fully with COPPA guidelines.
