This Privacy Policy explains how Printing Shop Manager ("the App", "we", "us")
handles your information. Please read it carefully before using the App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information You Provide
The App allows you to enter and store the following data locally on your device:
- Employee names, job roles, phone numbers and email addresses
- Employee photos (taken from your device's gallery or camera)
- Work schedules, shift records and attendance logs
- Leave requests and approval records
- Team announcements
1.2 Information Collected Automatically (Advertising)
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain
data to serve ads, including:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device type and operating system version
- App usage data
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own Privacy Policy.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Data you enter into the App is used solely to provide App features — managing
employees, scheduling shifts, tracking attendance and handling leave requests.
We do not access, transmit or share your personal data with any server or
third party (other than Google AdMob as described above).

3. DATA STORAGE
All data you enter (employee records, schedules, attendance, photos, announcements)
is stored locally on your device using a private SQLite database. No data is
uploaded to any cloud server or external service by us.
Photos are stored in your device's private app storage directory and are not
accessible to other apps without your permission.

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
4.1 How Long We Keep Your Data
Data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed. We do not
control when you choose to delete individual records within the App.
4.2 Deleting Individual Records
You can delete any employee profile, shift record, attendance record, leave
request or announcement at any time from within the App by selecting the record
and using the Delete option.
4.3 Deleting All Data
To delete all data stored by the App, you can:
a) Use the Settings screen → Generate Sample Data (which clears all data first)
then manually delete the sample records, OR
b) Go to your device's Settings → Apps → Printing Shop Manager → Storage →
Clear Data. This permanently removes all App data from your device.
4.4 Uninstalling the App
Uninstalling the App from your device will remove all locally stored data,
including your database and any photos saved within the App's private storage.

5. SHARING YOUR DATA
The App provides optional features to share schedule PDFs and announcements
via third-party apps (such as LINE, email clients or Google Drive). When you
use these share features, the shared content is handled by the receiving app
under its own privacy policy. We do not control how third-party apps handle
shared content.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates with the following third-party service:
Google AdMob (Advertising)

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by business owners and managers and is not directed
at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information

will take appropriate steps to address it.

8. SECURITY
Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your
device's security settings (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping
your device protected with a secure lock screen. The backup feature creates a
ZIP file of your data — store backup files securely and do not share them with
unauthorized persons.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update
the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted
constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
