1. OVERVIEW
Plumbing Staff Control is a fully offline application. The developer does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you enter into the App is stored exclusively on your own device.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any account information
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Any data entered into the App (staff names, client details, job records, etc.)
No data is ever sent to our servers because we do not operate any servers connected to this App.

3. DATA YOU ENTER INTO THE APP
All information you create within the App — including staff profiles, work orders, schedules, attendance records, announcements, and financial data — is stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it manually using the built-in backup feature.

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your data is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed, or until you choose to delete it.
You can delete your data at any time in the following ways:
a) Delete individual records: Use the delete option within each section of the App (Staff, Work Orders, Schedule, Attendance, Announcements).
b) Clear all data: Uninstall the App from your device. This permanently removes the App and all associated data from your device's storage.
c) Restore from backup: If you have made a backup, you can restore data from that backup file at any time via the Settings screen.
We do not retain any copies of your data. Once you delete the App or its data, it cannot be recovered by us.

5. BACKUP FEATURE
The App includes an optional backup feature that exports your data as a ZIP file saved to your device storage. This file is under your full control. We do not have access to this file, and it is not transmitted to any server. You are responsible for keeping this backup file secure.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, which can be found at:

We do not control Google's data practices. If you wish to opt out of personalized advertising, you can do so through your device's advertising settings.

7. PERMISSIONS
The App may request the following device permissions:
- CAMERA / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To allow you to add photos to staff profiles and work orders. Photos are stored locally on your device only.
- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To allow backup export and restore from your device storage.
- INTERNET: Required by the Google AdMob advertising SDK.
We do not use any permission to collect or transmit your personal data.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
