This privacy policy applies to the Photo Map app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Nathan Hays (referred to as "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service.

Overview
Photo Map is designed with privacy in mind. The Application processes your photos and location entirely on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit your location data or photo data to any server.

Information Collected by the Application
Device Location
The Application accesses your device's current GPS location solely to show you photos taken near where you currently are. Location data is used in real-time on your device only. It is never stored by the Application, never
transmitted to the Service Provider's servers, and never shared with third parties by the Application.
Photos and Videos
The Application reads photos and videos stored on your device and accesses any GPS coordinates embedded in those files (EXIF metadata) to place them on a map. This processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos and
videos are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared by the Application.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, and usage data (such as time spent in the Application). This information is used for
analytics and crash reporting purposes via the third-party services listed below.

Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services, which may collect data independently according to their own privacy policies. The Service Provider does not control the data practices of these services.
- Firebase
Note on Advertising: The Application displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and, if you have granted location permission, may use your approximate location for ad personalization. You can opt out
of personalized ads in your device settings under Google → Ads.

Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell or share your personal data. The Service Provider may disclose information only:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When necessary in good faith to protect the rights or safety of the Service Provider, its users, or the public
- To trusted service providers acting on the Service Provider's behalf who are bound by confidentiality obligations

Opt-Out
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. You may also revoke location or photo permissions at any time in your device settings, though this will limit the Application's functionality.

Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain your location or photo data, as this data is never transmitted to Service Provider servers. Crash and analytics data collected by Firebase is retained according to Firebase's own retention
policies.

Children
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information processed by the Application. Because location and photo data never leaves your device, exposure risk is minimized.
