Overview
Pebelle (“we”, “us”) operates the Pebelle mobile app and related services for natural hair care, shop orders, and AI-powered hair guidance. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), hair profile and quiz answers, hair diary entries, hair scan photos and AI analysis results, shop orders and delivery details, app usage such as streaks and XP, and messages you send to customer care (e.g. WhatsApp).
How we use your information
To personalise your routine, tips, and Belle AI advice; process shop orders and payments; manage Premium subscriptions; send optional reminders you enable; improve the app; and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We use trusted providers such as Firebase (auth, database, storage), our API server for AI features, and Paystack for shop payments. We do not sell your personal data. Order fulfilment may be shared with Pebelle Naturals for delivery.
Photos & AI Hair
Hairscan photos are stored securely and analysed to provide hair type, porosity, and care suggestions. You can delete diary entries; contact support if you need help removing scan data.
Your choices
You can update your hair profile, turn off reminders in Preferences, sign out, or contact customer care to request account or data assistance subject to legal retention requirements.
