This Privacy Policy explains how PDF Toolkit (“the app”) handles information when you use it. The app is provided by the developer (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using this app, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We distinguish between two types of data:
Files you choose: Processed strictly locally on your device.
Service data: Limited data collected automatically by third-party services for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting.
When using the app, you may select PDFs or images to:
Create PDFs from images
Convert PDFs to images
Merge, split, compress, rotate, reorder, or delete PDF pages
Add or remove password protection
Preview, save, or share files
Important: All PDF and image processing is performed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your PDFs or images on our servers. Files remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to share them using another app or service.
The app integrates the following third-party SDKs provided by Google:
Google AdMob (advertising)
Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
These services may collect limited diagnostic and technical information automatically, including:
Device and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID)
IP address and general approximate location
App interactions (such as app opens, session duration, and feature usage)
Diagnostic and crash logs (stack traces, device hardware, and OS specifications)
This data is used solely to display ads, measure advertising performance, analyze app usage, improve features, and troubleshoot crashes. We do not use this data to personally identify you.
We use the collected information to:
Provide PDF tools and maintain core app functionality
Display ads to support the free app experience
Understand how the app is used to improve performance and usability
Monitor crashes and address technical issues
Detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud and security risks
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, and consent selections.
Google and its partners use identifiers and cookies/local storage to serve ads based on your prior visits to this app or other apps/sites.
