PRIVACY POLICY — PAINTER TEAM PLANNER

This Privacy Policy describes how the Painter Team Planner application ("App", "we", "us")
handles your information. Please read it carefully before using the App.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App operates entirely offline. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal
data on external servers. All data you enter — including painter profiles, project details,
schedules, attendance records, financial records, photos, and announcements — is stored
locally on your device only.
The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal
information to use any feature.
2. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google AdMob may collect
certain device information and usage data to serve relevant ads. This is handled entirely
by Google's SDK and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy:

AdMob may collect:
- Device identifiers (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address
- App usage information
- General location (country/region)
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
3. PHOTOS AND MEDIA
The App may request access to your device camera and photo gallery to allow you to add
photos for painters and projects. These photos are stored locally on your device in the
App's private storage folder. They are never uploaded or shared without your explicit action
(e.g., you choosing to share a backup file).
4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
All App data is stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. Data is retained
on your device until you choose to delete it. We do not set any automatic expiration date
for your data — it remains available as long as the App is installed.
Data retention summary:
- Painter profiles, projects, materials, schedules, attendance, expenses, and
announcements: Retained indefinitely on your device until manually deleted by you
or until the App is uninstalled.
- Photos: Retained in the App's local storage folder until manually removed or the
App is uninstalled.
- AdMob data: Managed by Google. Refer to Google's data retention policy at
https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over your data. You can delete it at any time using the
following methods:
a) Delete individual records:
Open any screen (Painters, Projects, Materials, etc.) and use the Delete option
on any item to remove it permanently.
b) Delete all App data (within the App):
The App does not include a "Clear All Data" button in Settings. To remove all data,
please use method (c) below.
c) Clear all data via device Settings:
Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Painter Team Planner > Storage > Clear Data.
This will permanently delete all records, schedules, and photos stored by the App.
d) Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data and photos from your device.
e) Request data deletion:
If you have any concerns about data stored by AdMob or wish to submit a data
deletion request, please contact us at the email below. For AdMob-related data,
we will direct you to Google's appropriate data deletion tools.
Note: Once data is deleted using any of the above methods, it cannot be recovered
unless you have previously created a backup using the App's built-in backup feature.
6. BACKUP FILES
The App allows you to create a backup file (.ptp format) that contains your database
and photos. This file is saved to a location you choose on your device (e.g., local
storage, email, or cloud drive via the Share function). We do not have access to
your backup files. You are solely responsible for the storage and security of your
backup files.
7. PERMISSIONS USED
The App may request the following device permissions:
- CAMERA: To take photos for painters and project sites.
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To select existing photos from your gallery.
- INTERNET: Required by Google AdMob to display ads.
Permissions are only used for the stated purposes.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
any personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided
information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses the following third-party service:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We do not integrate with any other third-party analytics, tracking, or data collection
services.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by
updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to
review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes
your acceptance of the updated policy.
