# Privacy Policy — Orbit Jump

This policy describes how the mobile application **Orbit Jump** (package name `com.nebulawisp.orbitjump91`, also referred to as “the App”) handles information.

## Summary

The App is designed as a lightweight offline game. It does **not** require you to create an account, and the version distributed from this source repository does **not** intentionally collect personal data, analytics identifiers, or crash reports through third-party SDKs.

## Information we do not collect (in this build)

As shipped from this repository, the App does not:

- Ask for your name, email, or phone number

- Access your contacts, photos, or files

- Use GPS or continuous location

- Include advertising SDKs or social login

If you fork the project and add analytics, ads, cloud saves, or other services, you must update this policy and the Play / App Store disclosures accordingly.

## Local data

Gameplay settings and scores may be kept **only on your device** in memory during a session. This repository’s reference implementation does not upload scores to a server.

## Children’s privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a modified build of the App is collecting information from children, contact the developer of that build using the contact details they provide in their store listing.

## Changes

We may update this policy when the App changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when material changes are made.
