Students use randomly generated PINs to access tests/assignments.

These credentials are stored securely in Firebase and used ONLY for authentication.

1.3. Teacher-Uploaded Content

Teachers may upload tests, assignments, timetables, or other academic content.

This content is stored in Firebase until deleted by the teacher or admin.

1.4. No Additional Personal Data

We do NOT collect:

1.5. No Analytics / No Crash Logs

We do not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or any tracking/monitoring tools.

We do not collect performance metrics, device data, or usage patterns.

Email, password, and PINs are used solely to verify identity and allow access to the app.

3.4. No Third-Party SDKs

The app does not use any third-party advertising, analytics, or data collection libraries outside Firebase.

4.1. Firebase Services

We use Google Firebase for secure data storage and authentication.

Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore, managed by Google Cloud.

4.2. Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

Only authorized personnel (admins/teachers) can access school data.

No one else can access or view your information.

4.4. Deletion of Data

When a teacher or admin deletes a document/test/assignment, it is permanently deleted from Firebase and cannot be recovered.

We keep your authentication data and uploaded content only:

As long as your account remains active, or

As long as required for the school’s academic operations

If your account is deleted or access is removed, all associated data is deleted permanently.
