DBLForge (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile game Orb Battle Arena.
Orb Battle Arena does not require users to create an account.
We do not ask users to provide information such as their name, postal address, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, payment information, or precise location.
The game and the services used to operate, analyze, and maintain it may automatically process limited information such as:

Orb Battle Arena uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general application and gameplay usage.
Analytics information may be used to understand:
Which levels players enter and complete
Where players encounter difficulty
How many attempts players make
Which characters players use
Which upgrades or skills are shown and selected
How players progress through waves and levels
How long gameplay sessions or level attempts last
Whether users return to the game over time
We do not currently use analytics information for personalized advertising or behavioral advertising.
Orb Battle Arena uses Firebase Crashlytics and may use platform or engine diagnostic services to detect crashes, errors, and stability problems.
Crash and diagnostic reports may contain technical information such as:
Application version
Operating system version
Device environment
Error and exception information
Stack traces
Application state surrounding a crash or error
Technical identifiers used for diagnostic purposes
This information is used to identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems.
Orb Battle Arena currently does not contain third-party advertising.
We do not currently serve personalized or behavioral advertisements within the game.

Limited technical, diagnostic, application usage, and gameplay information may be processed by service providers that assist us in operating, analyzing, distributing, maintaining, or improving the game.

Game progress, unlocked content, selected characters, upgrade-related progress, settings, and similar game data may be stored locally on the user's device.
We do not currently operate an account-based cloud save system for Orb Battle Arena.
We do not upload the user's complete local game save to our own servers.
Some limited gameplay activity may be processed by analytics services as described in this Privacy Policy.
Locally stored game data can generally be removed by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the game.
Users may contact us through their chosen email application.
Contacting support is voluntary.
If a user contacts us, we may receive their email address and any information they choose to include in their message, such as device information, screenshots, error descriptions, or gameplay-related information.
This information is used only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, investigate the reported issue, and provide support.
Orb Battle Arena does not currently contain third-party advertising or user account creation.

Locally stored game data can generally be deleted by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the application.

Because Orb Battle Arena does not currently use player accounts, we may not be able to identify or associate analytics information with a particular individual based solely on a deletion request.
