App: PayoffPath Developer: Monirujjaman Monjil Last updated: July 7, 2026
PayoffPath is built to be private. We do not collect, see, sell, or share any of your information. There is no account to create, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone, and — if you turn on iCloud sync — in your own private iCloud, which we cannot access.
PayoffPath ("the app", "we", "us") is developed by Monirujjaman Monjil. If you have any questions about this policy, email support@duetrack.bd.
You may enter financial information into PayoffPath — such as debts, balances, interest rates, payments, budgets, savings goals, bills, transactions, accounts, notes, money you have lent or borrowed, and an optional first name. If you track an informal loan, you may attach a person's name and — only if you choose to pick them from your contacts — their phone number or email. All of this information is stored only on your device. We never receive it.
The app does not collect (send to us or any server):
Your name, email address, or phone number
Your address book — the app never reads your contacts list; a contact picker (see below) returns only a person you deliberately choose, and it stays on your device
Your location
Any advertising or tracking identifiers
Usage analytics, crash logs sent to us, or behavioral data
Any financial account credentials — PayoffPath has no bank login and never connects to your bank
On your device. All of your data is saved locally on your iPhone.
In your own iCloud (optional). If iCloud is enabled on your device, your data may sync through Apple's iCloud to your other devices using Apple's private CloudKit database. This is tied to your personal Apple ID. We have no ability to read, access, or retrieve this data — it is end-to-end within your own Apple account. You can turn iCloud sync off in iOS Settings at any time.
We do not operate any server that stores your information. There is no PayoffPath cloud account.
The app only requests a permission when you use the feature that needs it. Each is optional and used solely on your device:
Camera — Only if you choose to scan a statement to auto-fill a debt. The image is read on-device using Apple's on-device text recognition to pull out numbers. The photo is not saved by the app and is never uploaded or sent anywhere.
Contacts — Only if you tap "pick from contacts" while logging an informal loan (Lent & Borrowed). The app uses Apple's built-in contact picker, which runs outside the app: it does not grant access to your address book, does not show a contacts-permission prompt, and shares only the single contact you select. That person's name and, if present, one phone number and email are then stored on your device so you can call, text, or email them about the loan. Nothing is uploaded.
Calendar — Only if you enable Calendar sync. The app adds payment due-dates as events on your own calendar. It requests write-only access and does not read your existing events.
Notifications — Only if you enable payment reminders. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send push notifications from a server.
Face ID / Touch ID — Only if you turn on App Lock. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by iOS. The app never sees or stores your biometric data.
You can review or revoke any of these permissions in the iOS Settings app at any time.
PayoffPath offers an optional paid subscription (PayoffPath Pro) processed by Apple's App Store. All payments, billing, and card details are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy — we never receive or store your payment information. We only learn from Apple whether your subscription is currently active.
If you choose to back up or export your data (for example, to a file or a PDF statement), that file is created on your device and goes only where you send it. The app does not transmit it anywhere on its own.
PayoffPath is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the app collects no personal information at all, this is inherent to how it works.
Because your data is stored only on your device (and optionally your private iCloud), you are always in full control. To delete your data, you can clear it inside the app, delete the app, and/or turn off iCloud sync and remove the app's iCloud data from iOS Settings. We hold no copy to delete on our side, because we never had one.
PayoffPath does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The only third party involved is Apple, which provides iCloud storage and App Store payment processing under Apple's own privacy policy.
Some features may show links (for example, to cancel a subscription with another service, or to our other apps on the App Store). Following such a link opens that company's website or the App Store, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
