Age Calculator ("the app") does not collect or transmit your personal information. What you enter stays on your device.
1. Information we collect
The app does not collect your personal information on any server. There is no sign-up and no login, and the app sends nothing that could identify you to any server.
2. Information stored on your device
What you enter into the app is kept only in the app's private storage on your device:
· Your name or nickname
· Your date of birth and target age
· The memorable days you add, and their labels
This is used solely to calculate ages and dates for display. It is never transmitted anywhere. The developer cannot access it.
3. Permissions
The app has no internet permission, so it cannot communicate over the network on its own. It asks for the notification permission only when you turn notifications on.
4. Third parties and advertising
The app contains no advertising, no analytics tools, and no third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not share your information with anyone.
The app uses Google Play's in-app review feature. The window asking you to rate the app is shown by Google Play, and any rating or review you leave goes to Google. The app itself does not send your information in this process.
5. Device backup
If automatic backup is enabled on your Android device, the operating system may back up the app's data to your own Google account. This is a feature of Android itself, and it exists so your records can be restored when you change phones. Backed-up data is stored encrypted in your Google account, and the developer cannot access it.
You can turn this off under [Settings > Google > Backup].
6. Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage under [Settings > Apps > Age Calculator > Storage > Clear data], permanently removes everything you have entered from your device. Since the developer keeps no copy, no further step is needed.
7. Children's privacy
Regardless of age, the app does not collect anyone's personal information on any server.
8. Changes to this policy
Any change will be delivered with an app update, and the current version is always shown on this screen.
