This application is intended for adults (18+). By using the app, you confirm that you are of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us for deletion.
By default, we only collect data necessary for the app to function. Depending on the options you enable, we may collect:
User-entered data: events (date/time), notes, personal statistics.
Technical data: anonymous advertising ID, device type, OS version, aggregated usage data (crash reports, usage time).
Locally stored data: your event history is kept on your device unless you choose to sync or delete it.
We use the data to:
provide and improve the app features;
analyze usage and fix bugs;
display ads (if enabled);
respond to user requests (support, data deletion).
If you enable ads, we may use third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob) to display ads. These partners may collect technical information (e.g., ad ID, device type) to serve relevant ads.
Important: for personalized ads (profiling), we ask for your explicit consent under GDPR. If you refuse, only non-personalized ads will be displayed.
We do not sell your data. We may share aggregated/anonymous information with technical providers (analytics, crash reporting, hosting) who operate on our behalf and under our instructions.
Data you enter is stored locally as long as you use the app. If you enable a sync option (cloud), the retention period on our servers will be specified when you activate it. We delete personal data upon request unless legally required to keep it.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted transmission, restricted access for providers). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure — use the app with this in mind.
Under GDPR and applicable laws, you have the following rights:
right of access;

right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
right to restriction of processing;
right to object;
right to data portability (if applicable).

If we use services requiring consent (tracking, personalized ads), the app will display a consent screen on first launch. You can change your choices in the app settings at any time.
Your use of the app may involve sensitive information (health, sexuality). We limit the collection and exposure of such data. The app does not display or distribute explicit content. Do not share your sensitive data publicly.
If your data is transferred outside the EU (e.g., providers in the US), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses, certified providers, etc.).
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown above. If there are material changes, we will notify you clearly in the app or via the store listing.
